Happiness is a permanent state of universal energy that one can engage with at will. We get disconnected when in negative stress, fear, anger or other negative emotions. It sometimes takes a lifetime to learn how to find a positive balance between the energies. However, happiness is directly related to a positive mindset, productivity, tolerance, empathy, care and peace. It is therefore important for people to learn how to deal with this energy and manage it for their own wellbeing, health and wellness and that of their surroundings.
